The General Hospital (GH) scoop for the week of August 2 hints Jordan Ashford (Briana Henry) will ask Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to fight for their love.
Also coming up this week, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will feel guilty as she grows even closer to Sonny “Mike” Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Plus, Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) butt heads and Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) gets a job offer.
GH spoilers tease Shawn will be on the hunt for a new job this week. But it won’t be easy. He was just released from prison and there aren’t many employers looking to hire an ex-con. Shawn will get lucky however when Ava Jerome (Maura West) offers him a job at the gallery. Will he be on security detail?

Over with Carly, who will argue with Jax about what’s best for their daughter. He believes she’s putting Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in danger. But of course Carly won’t see it that way at all and she’ll tell him so. But will Joss walk in and put a stop to her parent’s conflict?

Meanwhile in Nixon Falls, Nina will continue to struggle with doing the right thing. She’s fallen for Mike and may even be pondering whether they should take their feelings for each other to the next level. But they’ve got a huge secret hanging over their head. If Nina tells him the truth about who he really is, she could lose Mike forever.
Finally, viewers know Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) has been pushing Jordan not to give up on her marriage to Curtis. And she listened. However, when she went to tell Curtis she wanted to work things out, things didn’t go as planned.
General Hospital Scoop – Stella Henry Has A Change Of Heart
“I walked into the Savoy just in time to see Curtis and Portia in a close moment,” she told Stella recently. Then she signed the divorce papers. But when Jordan left the room, Curtis’ auntie swiped them, so they were never filed. However, GH spoilers show Stella will have a change of heart. Feeling guilty, she’ll confess to her nephew that she took the divorce papers from Jordan’s office.
Curtis will then make a beeline for Jordan and he’ll tell her what Stella did. But he’ll be shocked when Jordan tells him she still loves him. Then she’ll ask him to fight for their marriage. But how is Curtis going to react?
